the room included aqua di parma toiletries (it smelled really good). i appreciated the staff's friendliness. the hotel provided convenient access to lake maggiore via its own dock.
the gym was quite small and had limited equipment.

well trained staff beautiful lake view convenient service dedicated shuttle
I appreciated the knowledgeable hotel staff. They enhanced every question I asked. The impeccably furnished room had a beautiful lake view. It added to the beauty all around! A dedicated shuttle service took you to the village centre. I found this very convenient.

The hotel included a spa, with a range of treatments, and a dedicated shuttle service operated at various times during the day. I found the live pianist who performed in the evenings for dinner created a lovely ambiance. We loved the setting!

My junior suite had full views of the lake with a beautiful balcony. Cleanliness and attention to detail could not be faulted. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Housekeeping kept us stocked in water and kindly delivered cookies every evening.
